phone call and strange feelings
boring night tonight: 3 guests & only one more to check in.. actually is not a boring night, it's more a quiet night, where you can chill out in front of the tv, eat ice cream & call home, like i did..
called home first, talked to mum, dad & my brother. i laughed a lot when my mum talked about her relationship with the new computers at work!! she doesn't get really along with the mouse, but she's trying her best! :) my brother said that when he was in the Dolomites skying it was freezing, -19!!!! i don't know how they survived!

after called home i called my sweet twin sister(****) & we've talked for half an hour about television, school, Velvet & various other things. yesterday was little Ale's birthday! happy birthday sweetheart!
it's so strange how things can be the same when lot of things has changed as well.. i mean, i was talking to Sara about silly stuff like what happened in the last episode of nip/tuc or what Ale said in Most Wanted, the same things we talk about when we're together at her home, and talk about the same stuff, have the same type of chats now at the phone it feels like i've never left, like i'm still in italy, at my house... it's a very strange feeling.

it's not like i miss home, because i'm ok here.. to be honest, the fact is that i haven't realize that now i'm in england 7 not anymore in italy yet... even if they drive in the wrong side of the road, even if they don't understand a word of italian, i don't feel the change.
or maybe i thought i would feel different once i was here. maybe is the fact that i can have news from home thanx to the internet and emails and that made me realize that in the end i'm not so far away from home as i thought i would be.and truth be told, i'm quite happy this way.
